A Bit About Me
Jayden Reece Villa Alegre is the visionary founder and operational artist to creĀRTus - a media studio dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through creative expression. The creĀRTus vision was developed through a class project while pursuing his Communications Media, B.S. degree at John Paul the Great Catholic University in Escondido, California.
Living with the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Jayden understands firsthand the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. Rather than letting those challenges to define him, he transformed them into purpose. Inspired by the university’s mission of “impacting culture for Christ,” he founded creĀRTus as a platform where God-given creative talents can flourish— especially among those who are often overlooked.
Jayden is deeply grateful for the mentorship he received at JPCatholic, as well as the unwavering support of his family and his faith in Jesus Christ. Through creĀRTus, he is committed to building a studio that not only produces meaningful media but also creates opportunity, dignity, and community for creatives with disabilities.
